Ok, so I bumped up a pound this week. I shouldn't be surprised because I really didn't follow the 'diet' the way I could have. I made reasonably good choices but I didn't watch everything and we had several meals out this weekend. Earlier I said I didn't care if I lost anymore but I think I actually do want to get back my shape. I'm going to be a lot more disiplined and really watch portions! I've been good about not eating breads and stuff but I could be a lot more careful about the little extras that creep into a meal. And going back for "just another little bite". Dangerous
127.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Portion control is so hard especially when you eat out.

Try not to let 1 pound get you down. It's a lot better than 2 or 3 and it'll fall right back off with a littl caution.
