gained weight after having just 850 cal yesterday and a long walk 😠 I tried so hard to stay under the 70kg! I know I will continue to lose by being patient but the way our bodies lose and gain weight just does not always make sense.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you are weighing-in too often, body weight fluctuates from day to day. Why not consider a weigh-in once a week at the same time each week. You will then get a clearer idea of how you are doing. Just a thought :)
