Working on maintaining weight and building muscle mass. Currently 15.5% BF.

Working out every morning: 10 min sit ups, 15 - 25 min of exercise using bands and/or body weight.

Tracking food but have not been as vigilant at watching calorie intake.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
