I have been back on track for 2 weeks now. Although my weight says I have gained I have actually lost 3lbs, I was just too ashamed when I got back on the wagon to record it in here. I have new motivation which is my holiday in the summer so I'm sure I won't fall off the wagon again!!
139.9 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 May 2019:
