Heck ya!! 9 mo post op...down total of 217.5 lbs from Nov. 1st 2017 to today😁🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🤯
179.1 lb Lost so far: 217.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
