I hit a new LOW of 208.4 this morning and just over 3 lbs from my newest goal of 205! I would love to be able to weigh in at 205 next weekend when I start my week vacation at the Beach!

208.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the encouragement you two! I can't believe how excited I am to workout each day and wake up the next day to do it all over again.
