Adherence this week has been pretty bad. I’ve been on my period from Tuesday through Friday, and I had a rough client week. Feeling down both physically and emotionally, I ate poorly and drank alcohol to feel better. At the end of the week, I just feel worse and didn’t move any closer to my goal.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
