Oh well, no loss no gain! I'll take that. I know I have to work for it, and if it takes a few more weeks, that is fine with me! Watch out 4.6 pounds, here I come hahahaha!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OHHH no, I just haven't tried it yet ahahhaha! Well one time and it was only the 20 minute one. I'm have heard great things about it. Hey what kind of activity points does a person count pilates?
