Yesterday I ate at 120% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged
156.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

question.. What do you eat for protein?!how do you meet your protein goal? I never seemed to (when i was logging) I stopped because it started frustrating me.🤨🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Tara, Mostly I eat foods high in protein. Whole eggs, egg whites, protein rich cereal, chicken, fish, beef and lamb. I try to eat a balanced diet with a focus on protein. When I was trying to loose weight by restricting calories it was difficult to hit my protein goal some days. If needed I would consume Premier Protein Shakes sold at Costco and other places. They are 30 grams of protein for 160 calories. I hope this helps...
