I've been exercising the tae bo from october to nov.16 but only 1 lbs lessen from my weight so i chose to do an intense excercise plus very strict diet! And im really surprised that i can see some changes its not even one month yet i lose already 4 lbs. im hoping to lose much higher numbers before holiday comes. Im not good in counting calories thats why i dont have anything in my profile! maybe im just so busy then. lol but i do know what and when to eat. But of course just drink plenty of water so you wont deprive from eating more! I eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks plus a ton of water! Well i hope i lose more until i achieve my weight goal! And hope everyone too!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
