yesterday started out good, but by the end of the day i lost control. i was invited to a birthday get together and there was pound cake available. pound cake or any type of cake is a weakness for me. i need to control my sweet intake or i will not be successful. i have been doing just fine by not intaking any liquid calories (sweet stuff). the sugary stuff is most definitely my achilles heel.
