now i am happy.....sacrifice and it paid off! Cuz i wanted that chicken...lol. i am motivated to keep going. No meat! vegetarian for two weeks. i do feel like i have more energy
167.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
