Gray light, sheet iron sky today. The air is relatively warm and still. I may be able to work outdoors today if it doesn't rain. Slept about 8 hours.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
