I know that is going to be a long process for me to loose weight, but I'm feeling good, I'm starting to feel the difference on my stomach and my arms , my stomach is getting flatter, my arms are getting thinner! sometimes it's hard to stay on track, but the idea of knowing that if I fall off there will be someone to help me get back up, is very encouraging.
