I know that is going to be a long process for me to loose weight, but I'm feeling good, I'm starting to feel the difference on my stomach and my arms , my stomach is getting flatter, my arms are getting thinner! sometimes it's hard to stay on track, but the idea of knowing that if I fall off there will be someone to help me get back up, is very encouraging.

Isn't it reassuring to "see" the progress. Not only do you see the difference, the world sees it too and not just the scale. Don't let that big, bad scale monster get into your head. :) Great attitude and great work - no gain!
