woohoo! didnt bump up as i thought from the christmas party! didnt gain any, so that is a win. maybe dancing all night and not eating terrible made it a wash lol. Back on track and looking forward to slow steady weight loss. Dont really care if it takes a while, im just looking forward to progress in the right direction. For me this is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
