Snow and still, the sky like a sheet of metal. The tree limbs are limned white within the gray excelsior of the denuded forest branches out back. The air is blue with cold. Warm and lit yellow inside with a little coffee and a fresh egg. The biologist appears to have been spot on, the scale moved down noticeably this morning. The new routine stays.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
