Day 1 of starting all over again. Doing this with Mel. Got her to join this site and we'll check in with each other every few weeks. My pictures were taken before I ate the two slices of pizza for breakfast but my weight was taken after brekkie.
I've probably only gone to the gym three times in the last month and a half... between Jay having to study for tests and my being sick for about two and a half weeks, life just got in the way I guess. But I will start either doing the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 or walking the stairs of this apt building for exercise... along with trying to hit the gym after Jay's done school on week days and hopefully good things will start happening.
