Currently my body is trying very hard to cling to the weight I have left to lose. Between no and my last weigh in my weight kept fluctuating up and down by about 3lbs before settling back down again. I need to find some way to get my activity up but right now its going to be a bit challenging because I still need to catch up with my gym membership and its very hot outside for much out door activity. I think for the rest of the month I am going to commit to at least walking the track near our house for two laps a night when I come home from work to at least maintain my progress and hopefully maybe make more.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know if you consider that your food consumption is at rock bottom but, I find that cutting back a bit there can be as effective or more so than exercise insofar as losing is concerned. At any rate, I'm almost certain that if you put your mind to it, you will find a way to shed those last few pounds in the near future. Keep up the good work Beatlesfran! :-)

You have come a long way and are so close to goal it is wonderful! Information gave me incentive to weigh in daily which gave my plateu a good shock after a long stall. Because of this I finally lost. 5 pounds in two weeks, wowie! I think the daily accountability did it as I started to pay closer attention to my portions. For example I was eating way too much watermelon and since I started portioning it off in these cute little 1 cup containers with covers I started losing! Anyway, I am a huge Beatles fan and saw info had posted on your journal and thought I would try to cheer you on your last leg of your weight loss journey. Towanda!!!
