10 lbs, 10 days. This is awesome. Please let the pounds keep dropping. I realize you always do better at the beginning, so not expecting this to continue. But let's keep it heading down.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
