I'm sorry you had to experience the gain. It stinks, I know. But, you lost before and you can do it again. You are here now and can do it! Set your goals again of where you want to be at the end of each month. I think that is very helpful in keeping you on track. With focused intensity I bet you can be to 215-216 by the end of this month. Look ahead to where you will be going and stay positive! We're glad to have you back.
