Well I did good but over teh weekedn I have had alot of things going on and guess what i ate a bag of chex mix and a piece of lemon lime cake that my mama had made and I gained a pound. I know I was naughty I should have thought about that before doing it. I am back on tarck tho hopefully with in a month or 2 I will be out oif the 200's because I feel very dedicated now and i am confident that I can do anything I put my mind to.
