Damn! I really thought I'd go down a couple ounces today but I guess not. Could be cause of AF. Anyhow, today is the 4th of July and I will try to keep to my diet as much as possible but I know I"ll eat more than usual. It's ok. It's independence day!!!
114.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
