Been doing good for a month or two despite a Carnival Cruise and a Thanksgiving Holiday. Need to get back on track before the Christmas/New Year festivities begin!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
