I went on the scale at the healthclub yesterday..and the truth of it was finally known..i am EIGHT LBS heavier than on my scale!! i knew my scale was off though..(that's perhaps why i like it..:) but i actually have a lot more to lose than i had planned..18 lbs to smash in order to reach my goal!!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I get on the scale every day but does it matter which scale as long as it is going down! I know there is one woman here who measures herself every week instead.I think we all can get scales obsessed! Don,t let this put you off you are doing great!

Stick to one scale! It doesn't matter which, just as long as you're healthily going down :) I'm going to be measuring myself once a week, I don't want to be a scale junky!
