I am going to try to make it to the track again today...weather permitting. If it is pooring down raining, I guess I will have to settle for the treadmill. Three weeks until I go to Vegas....thats my motivation for now...
133.4 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
