Being more aware of what I eat, I guess I subconsciously eat better. I did have days, especially recent ones, where I've eaten terribly. But I've eaten less, which I guess was half of the problem.
I'm not sure if it's the heat of summer, the milk or the both together, but I think I might be lactose intolerant. I won't go into details.
Kind of curious about my sleep patterns, too, and wonder if I have a disorder. I don't really think of it as a disorder though, because it's normal for me?
But yay! Lost 5 pounds! :3
