Have a list as long as my arm of musts for today, but started off right with pilates breathing and meditation. Intend to get in my exercise and am planning my week's worth of meals for when I am incapacitated. Back on my lifestyle track starts now. Only gained 1 pound over Thanksgiving. A little regret, but overall I'm pleased. Feel energized and ready to face the holidays!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
