Slept 10 hours last night. No change on the scale this morning, but I didn't keep track of what I ate after breakfast yesterday because of the holiday and company. I ate much more than I have been over the past 10 days. I probably ate close to 2000 calories, but very few carbohydrates.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
