Yesterday I planned all my meals/snacks in the morning and I did good keeping to the plan. I'm trying to plan my meals based on what food needs to get eaten b/4 it goes bad while sticking to my plan. And also trying to keep some variety.
114.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
