i feel like a blimp bloated yucky will i ever just be able to maintain 1450 calories per day something must be missing maybe the green thing works who knows maybe i should stop baking no not that
127.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
