Have kept all my exercise commitments and done very well with the food. Meeting parameters of current diet, but need to work on not bunching up carb intake at one sitting. Was terribly tempted to binge last night so carb intake went up, though below parameter, when I wasn't hungry. Thinking of reducing my carb parameters to reflect my current goals. Going out of town tomorrow with no computer access until Sunday again. Will continue paper journal if unable to borrow computer. Off to walk the dog for now.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
