I definitely was more active this week - made it to the gym 2x I think, maybe 3 (mond, tues, thurs) plus a jog on Saturday with Nicole (although she barely ran then got tired) then hockey on Sunday, and rock climbing last night. I was a little lazy with the grocery shopping (need to go get more kale) but got by pretty healthily and just had 1 drink at sleep no more wed. (didn't drink much of it cuz it was gross) then had about 5 mini beers at the brewery on Saturday. I'm definitely going to work out at my mom's when I get hom efor the holidays, plus turkey trot on Thursday. Broomball tonight! I think I'm back on track :)
