Just back from Australia, I didn't manage to lose any weight! I ate a fair bit of cooked while away, and always walked at an Arthur pace. Plus I did have a sore shin so I was slower than normal anyway.
Now I'd like to get back to 122 lb, ideally 120!
I need to cut wine and dc totally, get back into exercise, and watch my portion sizes.
