209.2! I surpassed my current goal of 210 this week. I get to load my kegerator with a new keg which has been empty for almost a month. I'm also gonna set a new goal of 205!
I've had a great week with another good morning with 55 minutes on the Elliptical Machine as well as 60 Pushups and 255 situps.
Looking forward to taking some RnR this weekend by doing some grilling out by the pool and catching some rays!
