Great last couple days! Had wonderful workouts the last three and even better eating days. Had one day in which I felt lift I ate the right amount but the totals showed many more. Was weird. That, I was even down the next day. Also, found a calculation online for Resting Metabolic Rate and accordimg to that I should be consuming 2500 caloies for a sedentary day. This is the basil rate, then I should multiply that number by 1.5 for my activity level. It seems really high but the source of the data was good and the calculation used age, weight, and height so I guess it is accurate to some degree.
255.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
