A bit up on calories, but excellent reduction in carbs. Even though I knew better separated my 1/2 cup pineapple dessert from my dinner protein due to a phone call interruption causing a blood sugar spike. Exercise yesterday was a mild 30 minute walk due to my dog's limitations. doing well journaling. Weight steady.
