I have been BACK on the diet for 6 days. I have lost 6 pounds so far, but probably mostly water weight. For 6 days I have been diligently following the diet again.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
