Back below where I was when family arrived two weeks ago! Weighed 201.2 this morning. So close to being under 200 again I can just taste it. lol Sticking to my vow to work out every day this week....yesterday it was all Wii Fit though, played some fun fitness games and a little Wii Golf with my daughter. Today I already did my 30 minutes elliptical. Now, time for some breakfast, which I think will be oatmeal with blueberries. Salmon for dinner tonight...not the biggest fish fan, but try to have it at least a couple of times per week. Salmon and tilapia I find okay, maybe a little tuna fish now and then. It's a good day, feeling good about things.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

You're almost in Onederland!!!! Yay! I plan on doing the elliptical today too with a little bit of Wii thrown in there.

The elliptical is my favorite workout...it pushes me hard. I can't run any more, so elliptical is the closest I can get to it. Wii is good for getting a little workout that isn't so intense and lets me have some fun while exercising. It can be a critical judge though. lol I find myself avoiding the fitness tests some days, I hate when it tells me I'm slipping.
