I ate off track enough to cause a higher weight. I ate two potatoes at a time and had a binge of ice cream, brownie and a cookie one day this week. I also didn't workout one day and had very little physical movement all week.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
