Had a wonderful pot roast and veggie meal for dinner last night. Cooked in the crock pot all day and it was fabulous. Made crescent rolls for my husband but I did not have any (150 calories each - no thank you!!) I weighed everything I put on my plate so I could acurately log it. I did pretty good for the day...still under on calories and I guess that shows with the very modest drop. Have a great day everyone!
129.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
