Have been struggling to act healthy ever since my spouse and I started the arduous process of relocating states. It's hard to stay focused on eating healthy and exercising regularly when there are too many other things top of mind right now involved with me moving. Plus, it's been difficult to stay motivated especially with the holidays just around the corner.

To try and counteract this, I've enrolled in a new challenge ("10 Lbs For Xmas"), hoping it will keep me accountable.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
