Wow. This was my weight 4/7/17 when I was ready to compete at my first ever physique competition as a bikini competitor. After this accomplishment I went on to train for my first Spartan race and then decided to get my first Trifecta in 2018. I feel in love with both but the training and physique were very different. I learned I had to choose one or the other if I wanted to truly excel in either sport. Last fall I was gifted a free registration for The Mother Lode physique contest and decided to put all my efforts into body building. I am slightly disappointed that I lost 8 weeks of training December to early February but am extremely proud of the work I've done in such a short period of time. Of course I've got the best coaches and most supportive team!
116.3 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
