Yes! The walking and snacks are working.
Well good day I walked was busy all day at work and I followed my plan and stayed withing points. Hubby's night to cook so we are having Taco bell. I'll have the salad without the shell. Went over on fat but I'll take it one step at a time since weight watchers and protein is my primary goal right now.
