OH IT'S UGLYYYYY...Well ultimately I have been struggling with depression. Finally went to doctor about 2 weeks ago and started taking medication. I hope that I will find myself again! This so sucks ...yes it does...I got rid of all my "fat" clothes last year and here I sit having gained all the weight back!!!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1147 kcal Fat: 49.06g | Prot: 60.38g | Carb: 125.80g.   Breakfast: blueberries, strawberries, Oats Cereal (Without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), milk. Lunch: broccoli, garlic mashed potato, sirloin . Dinner: wendy's baja salad. Snacks/Other: weight watchers chocolate caramel, cool whip, strawberries, peach. more...
gaining 0.8 lb a week
