Still really not back on track here. My parents went home on Sunday morning, and we've still been working our asses off on the house. Sunday I shoveled about a ton (literally) of dirt around my pool, and it sucked because the dirt was all wet and packed down from rain the day before. Then we taped off one of the rooms because the painters didn't finish any of the baseboard work (long story - they were from Indiana, had to go home, whatever) so we painted that entire rooms baseboards and door trim and the built in shelving unit... We took ALL of the bazillion tools off the porch and arranged them in the toolshed, and put the rest of the crap back in the garage and arranged that. Also unpacked more boxes that now can have a place since painting is over.

Today - more relaxed, spent a few hours on facebook for once (lol) and then I started unpacking, mixed up some strawberry planters and soil... but my TOM started today and it was rough - I was feeling really yucky. Took a nap, woke up, went shopping for a few things... ended up leaving some stuff there that I have to go pick up tomorrow... (and it's out of the way to go to the store now, it's like a 20 minute drive each way), and painted more trim so we can move our fishtanks back into place...

Tomorrow I have to go in early to school to learn about how to proceed with my fish research, then come home and wait for a giant dumpster to be delivered. Once that happens, I'll spend the rest of the time throwing ALL the junk into the dumpster... which, I'm serious, is NOT a small task. I seriously have the equivalent of like... an entire living room, of just shit to throw away - sinks, cabinets, counters, metal, swingsets, tons of carpet and padding, and a bazillion bags of junk... Also have to paint more trim... unpack more boxes, arrange things, clean up and potentially we are going to have someone come and try and remove the giant tree from our garage...

I'M WAY TOO BUSY FOR LIFE RIGHT NOW. SRSLY. And I'm up - partially because I'm not recording, and partially because of TOM. Only .2-1.2 lbs throughout the day... but still. I NEED to go to sleep.

Girl, I totally understand. We built an addition on our house a few years ago and I thought we would NEVER finish. It's back breaking work but the good thing is you burn a ton of calories. The trick is to try to eat healthy during your breaks instead of eating fast food. I was never successful there. When I think back on how much weight I could have lost during that span of time, it makes me mad. lol

I know exactly what you mean! When we were doing the entire "moving" process, it was like - we had no fridge or food at either house, so we had to eat fast food. I still tried to make the best choices, but in the back of my head I'm saying "you're going to burn it off moving stuff" and then I order something crappy like a Big Mac lol! Ah well, the thing is, that kind of food makes me sleepy too! So it's like, I eat that, think I'm going to work really hard and burn it off but then I'm so sluggish that I take a nap or watch TV. NOT GOOD. I cannot wait to be able to get back on my normal workouts though - I do miss my Wii Workouts, but there's just no feasible place for me to workout yet, not like I have the time either, lol! :D
