Ate too late & too much last night, over 1K Calories for dinner 🥘. Time to watch my portions.
We did a HIIT Program this morning, so hopefully will burn the excess calories from yesterday!!
We all called this Program the “OMG” as it was hard completing each Routine within the EMOM.. I will post the Routines after this.
