Kind of a crazy weekend. Still got plenty of exercise, but too much chaos to track calories. You can bet I went way over. Waaay over.

Time to get back in gear. Not starting the South Beach diet officially yet but trying to adhere to some of it's principles while I sort out exactly how I'm going to make it happen.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
