Fell off the wagon for a bit but now I'm getting back on track. Trying to count calories vs. carbs. Also trying: * 200mg of 5-HTP (100mg at breakfast & 100mg at lunch) * 2 tsps of grapeseed oil 2 hours before lunch time * 3 Glucomannan pills before dinner
