Today I am starting my weight loss journey with the help of the Weight Watchers point system.

I am excited and at the same time pleased that fruits and vegetables are free on the weight watchers diet. I just need to limit my alcohol intake and eat really clean and I am suspecting the first 15 lbs are just going to slip off pretty easily.

I currently go to the gym two times to three times a week. I have a treadmill at home as well. I think its time to make a positive change.

Its very depressing for me to go buy clothing when the clothing I like does not fit and I leave the clothing stores more often empty handed then with something marginally fitting.

It will be easy to stick to this new lifestyle once I start to see some changes. I am still in my early thirties and I want to go back to feeling trimmer slimmer etc. I think once I change my attitude and am more positive more positive things will come my way.

Going to search the recipes and get creative for lunch and the pasta bean soup looks like a good bet.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
