I have had my good days and bad. I am realizing what is working best for me to lose weight. I know that if I combined the Atkins and this, I would do so much better. I still like chocolate at times, though. This is where I start to lose. I will do better. I have to do better. My life and the lives of my family depend on me getting ahold of myself and doing this!
